In order to increase the revenue of Singapore Changi Airport, the report identifies various profitable segments and their buying behaviour. After an analysis of their usual and actual buying pattern, recommendations are tailored to improve the retail mix and aid in increasing CAAS's revenue by encouraging spending in the airport.
