This study examines the potential effects of ethical climate and ethical pressure on auditors’ intentions to leave the firm and the profession, as well as on other behavioural outcomes such as organizational commitment, professional commitment and job satisfaction for a sample of auditors from the Big 4 accounting firms in Singapore.
