This research seeks to identify dimensions that affect customer satisfaction in the Telecommunications Industry in Singapore. The Customer Satisfaction Index is used to assess the current satisfaction level. In addition, the potential customer loss was measured when 1 customer is dissatisfied. Recommendations were proposed to further improve existing service quality.
