This paper aims to identify factors affecting clients’ perceived corporate image of an accounting firm practicing Multi-Disciplinary Practices (MDPs). The study found six factors: “service offering”, “advertising approach”, “reputation”, “corporate identity”, “perceived service quality”, and “expectation”, which is a new factor that was uncovered.
