In Asia, the problem of employee turnover has been a very pertinent issue. With the upturn of the economic crisis, job-hopping may be on the rise. This study aims to uncover the antecedents of turnover intention. The variables for the turnover are segmented into three categories - controllable, uncontrollable and demographics.
