To elicit a set of constructs which consumers consider imperative for a website to be effective. We examine consumers’ experience using the Repertory Grid (RepGrid). The RepGrid aids in elicitating constructs that are found in the experiences of consumers.Results can facilitate designers in building a more effective B2C website.
