Our study aims to ascertain whether individuals possess implicit stereotypes that differ from explicit ones and their accessibility to these stereotypes. In addition, the accessibility to cultural values is also investigated. In turn, the relative importance of such accessibilities in predicting cooperative and competitive tendencies and co-worker perceptions is further assessed.
