This study attempts to investigate the impact of working environment on employee performance. Nine variables of working environment were used in this research. They included: attitude, autonomy/participation, career development, group/teamwork, information flow/communication, job design, organizational culture, organizational support and recognition. Employees from two organizations (SIA & NTU) were surveyed.
