Job satisfaction and turnover intentions are significantly affected by organizational commitment and relational psychological contract. In assessing the impact of antecedents on the latter two, job characteristics were positively related to organizational commitment and relational psychological contract. Careerism was negatively related to them while role conflict was not significant.
