      Abstract
This paper aims to develop an alternative theoretical framework based on various insights from past literature on internationalisation process. Findings from this research show that size of MNCs, level of competence, proliferation of E-commerce, and synergies brought about by I-commerce are the significant factors that affect the degree of adoption of I-commerce to complement MNCS' internationalisation process.
