In this project, using incentives (low valued and high valued) vesus no incentives conditions, we looked into effect of self-interest motive on WOM behaviour. Using friends versus strangers conditions, the effect of tie motive on WOM behavious is examined. WOM behaviour includes the amount and valence of the WOM given by the subjects.
