The current study integrated The Classic Environment model and Theory of Behaviorism which is rarely used in social science research, into a conceptual framework to examine the interrelationships between organization management, volunteer’s job satisfaction, meaning of life and intention to participate in future voluntary work. Using a sample drawn from Chingay volunteers, the research model investigates five hypotheses with structural equation modeling approach. The research supported all the five hypotheses. This integrated framework offers a new perspective on how organization management can position itself in retention of volunteers and suggested potential relationship between volunteer’s management and volunteer’s meaning in life.en_US
