This thesis investigates based on an inductive empirical study the alignment of corporate concept and resource allocations. The goal is to describe and explain with publicly available information the progression of the degree of consistency between a summary of the publicly announced corporate strategy (i.e. the corporate concept) and the resource allocation activities of Unilever.
