      Abstract
For the past two years since 2015, the government is encouraging more companies to innovate and implement more technologies within Singapore to become a Smart Nation. Many agencies within the government has begun to release much more data sets into the public sector. Since these data sets are released by different agencies, they are all fragmented and clustered. Furthermore, some applications which make use of these data sets have bad user interfaces and lack features. In an application, data sets from more than one government agency are often needed. For example, weather information and traffic conditions. The objective of this project is to create an application which will be able to amalgamate data sets from various government agencies. In this project, the data from the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and the National Environment Agency (NEA) will be used to create a shortest time travel route and comprehensive travel application for users. The travel application will consist of route overview, user reports and traffic cameras. The topics covered in this report are, the objectives and motivation for this travel application, the outcome, research and planning before the development begins such as the resources and skills, the development procedures, the testing and debugging methodology, the risk and challenges encountered, and lastly the conclusion together with future development ideas. This project is based on an android application and together with a framework that is data-driven to speed up the loading time in the other application.
