The aim of this study was to identify and understand the factors that contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of knowledge transfer during employee turnover, under time constraint. This was done by analysing the case of International Enterprise Singapore (hereafter referred to as IE Singapore), a government agency that spearheads Singapore's external economy.
