The analysis of the correlation between two or more signals forms an integral part of many research studies as the correlated changes often help one in understanding the underlying fundamentals of the topic under study. A signal analysis program has been developed to analyse the correlation between the time-dependent post-electrical-stress relaxation of the drain and gate currents of the transistor. However, the program lacks a graphical user interface (GUI). Therefore, the purpose of the final year project is to develop a GUI that would help to incorporate the various parts of the analysis work together.
