Evaluate the product creation process of Company XYZ such that the lead time can be reduced from 32 to 14 weeks. This reengineering case study may be used as a guide for small and medium enterprises that attempt to reengineer their product development process, but might not have the know-how or the time to look deeply into their own processes.
