Optimization of the die heater parameters for pultrusion of polymer composites

The objective of this research is the optimization of the die heater parameters using FEA for pultrusion of polymer composites to enhance product quality. The quality of a pultruded composite material strongly depends on various process control parameters, such as die-heater temperature, die-cooler temperature, die-heater geometry.
