The Customer Behaviour Model proposed in this report evaluates commercial websites based on customers' actions or behaviour. Often, sustainability of an E-venture depends on the ability of the business to retain customers for recurring purchases. The business can also use the model to identify potential problems and make critical adjustments before they show up in the sales figures.
