dc.description.abstractIn this project,to introduce foam, the Ingot Metallurgy (IM) route has been employed. TiH2 (0.5 to 1.5 weight %)has been successfully used to produce metallic foam. The string technique along with the introduction of CaO made it possible to produce the foam.en_US
