      Abstract
The trend of online shopping keeps growing. Various information on deal, coupon and promotion events are released every day by the respective business entities. The traditional way of promoting business was to put advertisement on company’s own website, in social network, on newspaper or TV. And for potential customers, they have no exact way to filter out those information they want, and have no way of getting the information in one place. NetLife develops a solution for both business companies and customers to get advertised information in one place. The aim of my project is to implement a web-based application which is an all-in-one web service platform called NetLife shopping (or NetLife in short here). NetLife displays all information regarding coupon, great deal, amazing events and premium cards. With payment system implemented, NetLife members can directly purchase product and services. The content is uploaded and updated by NetLife administrator. All visitors can send feedback form, and information sharing form to NetLife system. The web application was mainly implemented using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), JavaScript and Structure Query Language (SQL) at the server side, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) at the client side. As a result, the application is able to provide online shopping and lifestyle information in one place. This report covers the background, project feasibility, system design and analysis, software review and security. Future implementation will be discussed as well.
