While the current health care debate in America rages on, an article titled "In Health Care, Do We All Lose to Singapore?" suggests that the country may be the place to look to for ideas for reforms. As many would know, Singapore is both consistently ranked by the World Health Organization (WHO) and internationally regarded to be among the world's best in terms of healthcare delivery. This achievement is especially incredible because her healthcare expenditure relative to her GDP is low compared to many developed countries.
