Abstract
The thesis concerns the applications of global control in particular consideration of high degree of nonlinearities, uncertainties and interconnections. The desire to coordinate various control actions and deal with wide ranges of operating regions in real world systems has raised great interests in global control of complex systems. Although the global control structure have given general guide of controller design and the global control strategies, such as heterogeneous control and fuzzy dynamic control, have been developed largely, there still lacks of a systematic global control method which can conveniently take into accounts dynamic behaviors of complex systems. This research aims to take advantages of modern control techniques and global control structure to propose a global control design framework for the practical applications of complex system control.
