In the world of business, time and remuneration is always related to each and another. Each process may take certain time to complete, where it is directly impact a businessman or a company’s profit and their commitment to their valued customer. Manual arrangement may be good for less complicated job and process, but would be disaster if there are multiple job and process (eg. 6 Job with 10 Process). Hence, the essence of this project is to give an optimum solution for a company to have a optimum timespan (cycle time) to achieve an optimum output. This would be essential to fulfill customer requirement as well as company reputation/profit. For layman term, is to achieve a win-win situation.
