      Abstract
      The character of this dissertation is attaching the job evaluation as the start point of performance appraisal. So breaking down of the objects of the company is scientific and reasonable. The yearly objects of employee and employee's responsibility have effectively integrated. The objects of the performance are set according to elements of Balance Score Card, including financial, customer, process, and employee career targets. So every important object are to be set to every employee's performance objects. The enterprise used BaiFen Grading as the mean when implementing performance appraisal. Thus the efficiency of the implementing has improved.
