dc.description.abstractThe primary purpose of this thesis is to introduce and identify the measures and strategies implemented by the Government of Brunei Darussalam to counter the threat of terrorism and to propose recommendations or proposals to strengthen the existing mechanisms. In order to accomplish this, the thesis examines the internal mechanisms i.e., the existing organizational structure, policies, strategies in place. It will also look at Brunei's role as a member of the regional and international community in the global war against terrorism.en_US
