Learning is an activity that all living organisms has continually been engaged in. The end product of learning and the use of the knowledge gained from learning has been a competitive advantage, that can be used by both countries and people for tremendous wealth generation. Lifelong learning is the process of a lifetime of gaining of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. As the learning process is subtle and intangible, the way to enable and encourage lifelong learning would be in its facilitation and provision of lifelong learning.
