In a highly competitive global business environment, businesses in Singapore not only have to compete with local competitors, they have to compete with international companies for m arket share. In rder to compete, businesses will need intelligence about their competitors and the environment in which they operate. Without relevant and accurate intelligence, management will not be able to make correct and effective decisions in their effort to bring the company forward.
