This study investigated the overall attitude of the lower and upper secondary students towards History as a subject in school. It also explored the differences in students' attitude towards History by sex, level and ability. The study also probed into the reasons and the factors that shaped students' attitude towards History. Finally it examined the relationship between students' attitude towards History and academic achievement.
