      Abstract
      Job satisfaction is a vital area of study to evaluate the need fulfilment of primary school principals. The main purpose of this study was to establish the state of overall and job facet satisfaction of Singapore primary school principals. The study would identify important factors that combined to contribute to job satisfaction. It also sought to determine the effects of these principals' demographic data such as gender, marital status, age, experience, substantive grade, professional and academic qualifications and related characteristics on their job satisfaction.
