      Abstract
      Environmental friendly technology transfers from the developed countries will enable developing countries to skip the normal trajectory of economic development and hence avoid further environmental degradation. The research paper investigates the effectiveness of intra-organizational environmental technology transfers in two leading corporations, where Environmental Organizations (EO) are part of the overall framework.
