Knowledge sharing in schools : perceptions of teachers

This study examined the knowledge sharing practices prevalent in schools. The research explored howteachers in schools exchanged experiences, ideas and knowledge. The key research questions inquired were the application of technology, the prevalence of knowledge sharing culture in schools. The study examined the benefits & barriers of sharing knowledge.
