Mobile Commerce (M-Commerce) promises to be a huge market potential due to the phenomenal growth of people with access to mobile devices. However, M-Commerce has not taken off as widely expected. This study seeks to explain the factors that inhibit the success of M-Commerce by examining users’ attitudes towards M-Commerce by conducting literature reviews and surveys.
