This paper looks at the redesign of the School of Communication and Information - Master of Mass Communication programme web site, from conception to completion. Underpinned by a user-centred design framework, the redesign effort focused on improving the site's ease of use, aesthetic appeal and branding, which will serve the target audience, primarily made up of current and prospective students.
