      Abstract
Singapore Schools have been introduced to the training to implement the Masterplan for IT in Education in phases since 1997. The training was provided for teachers to infuse IT into classroom instructions. As with the introduction of any innovation, teachers would undergo a process of change when adopting IT-based instruction. An established model that maps out this process is the Concerns-based Adoption Model (CBAM).
