      This research aimed to (i) provide a baseline study on the logical thinking skills and critical thinking skills among secondary school pupils in Singapore, (ii) explore the various effects of schools, gender, stream and frequently spoken language on the two types of skills and (iii) study the relationship between the two sets of thinking skills.
