      The study is an attempt to explore the beliefs systems and instructional practices of four primary school mathematics teachers. The main aim of the study is to examine the beliefs and instructional practices of new and experienced teachers. Another aim of the study is to compare the beliefs and instructional practices between the experienced teachers and the newly qualified teachers.
