This paper presents an exploratory study to evaluate the market potential for purchasing of online customized jewellery. This was done by examining the satisfaction with the current way of shopping for jewellery and their perceptions towards buying customized jewellery online. A total of 160 respondents were surveyed. Managerial implications are discussed.
