'Niche' to 'Mainstream'?: the tertiary students' perspective of Singapore's organic food market.

This study examined tertiary students' attitudes and perceptions of organic food. Health, environment, nutrition, family influences and certification were found to be the main concerns of respondents. Majority of the respondents indicated willingness to consume organic food and agreed that it is important to have an organic food certification body.
