This report aims to formulate various strategies that firms can adopt to succeed in Electronic Commerce. This study proposes a 4 forces model, which are namely Customer, Supply-Chain, Organization Culture and Resource Requirements and Competition. It also recommends using the Balanced Scorecard in the implementation of the strategies.
