This study analyzes online shopping across 3 products categories i.e. Internet banking, online bookstores and online computer shops. It seeks to identify any gaps between consumers’ expectations and online retailers’ performance. This study would help online retailer evaluate their current web sites and provide insight into areas requiring improvement.
