The purpose of this study is to analyze the organizational culture gap of a public accounting firm. This adds value to the accounting firm in the sense that it will gain a better understanding of its culture and position itself competitively. The accounting industry will also benefit from this representative case study. The research methodology implemented was based on a culture gap study of 3 major departments of a Big 5 firm.
