This study uses a modified version of the SERVQUAL model to measure education service quality in Singapore primary schools. Singapore takes on a new direction towards fostering a knowledge-based economy to ensure the survival of the resource-impoverished island. The five service dimensions of Tangibles, Empathy, Assurance, Reliability, and Responsiveness, are used in this study to evaluate Academic Excellence, and Essential Character Building.
