This study examines which attributes are important to Singapore hotel guests and hotels. A two-week long survey of tourists at Changi Airport was conducted to measure theimportance of attributes. Hotels were also surveyed. Data analyses revealed the hygiene of food and drinks, tidiness and cleanliness of guest rooms, manner of service personnel,fire alarm and safety precautions and value for money were among the most important hotel attributes.
