Tremendous surge in online retail revenue indicates the potential of Internet to revolutionise retail. This study focuses on business-to-consumer e-commerce: online shopping behaviour, motivations and deterrents of online shopping, and characteristics and psychological traits of adopters of online shopping. Our research hopes to provide useful information to businesses and government.
