HR Scorecard is a measurement tool introduced in the recent years which helps HR professionals to link the HR function to the organizational strategic goals. This project's objective is to measure the impact of the HR Scorecard on financial performance, and whether the HR Scorecard moderates the relationship between SHRM and financial performance.
